The Fresh Prince of Los Angeles?

Prince Harry on Friday 26 February 2021 joined James Corden on the Late Late Show to talk about his departure from royal duties and his new life as a father in the United States. And he rapped, too.

Yes, the Duke of Sussex rapped the theme song of The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air outside the mansion where the series filmed, right before Corden gets Meghan Markle on a video call.

During one segment of the talk show, Corden takes Harry on a tour of Southern California on an open-top bus. The duo pulled up outside the mansion where the opening sequence of Will Smith’s “Fresh Prince” was filmed in the 90s.

Corden joked that “if it was good enough for the Fresh Prince, it’s good enough for a real prince before asking Harry if he remembered the song. To which the Duke of Sussex replied:

“Now this is the story, all about how, my life got flipped, turned upside down, now take a minute,” Harry rapped before turning to Corden to help out with the lyrics.
